Here is a collection of St Patrick’s Day Irish Blessings. There aren’t that many Saint Patrick’s blessings but I will keep looking.

Christ be with me Christ before me,
Christ behind me Christ in me
Christ beneath me Christ above me

Christ where I lie Christ where I sit
Christ where I arise Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me
Christ in the mouth of every man who speaks of me
Christ in every eye that sees me
Christ in every ear that hears me Salvation is of the Lord.
Drowning Of The Shamrock (Irish Tradition)
The tradition was that the Shamrock worn during the day on hat, or coat, was removed and put into a jar of punch or grog and when the health had been drunk, the shamrock would be picked from the glass and thrown over the shoulder. The main Potato crop would be sown at this time.
Three Folds in my Garment– Three folds in my garment, Yet only one garment I bear, Three joints in a finger, Yet only one finger is there, Three leaves in a shamrock, Yet only one shamrock I wear, Frost, snow and ice, Yet these three are nothing but water, Three persons in God, Yet only one God is there.
There’s a dear little plant that grows on our Isle, – Twas Saint Patrick himself sure that set it,- And the sun on his labor with pleasure did smile, - And a tear from his eyes oft-times wet it. - It grows through the bog, through the brake, through the mireland, – And they call it the dear little Shamrock of Ireland.
